Actress and singer Sofia Carson joined “CBS Mornings” to discuss the new Netflix film “Purple Hearts” on Monday, July 25th. In the film, Carson plays Cassie Salazar, a struggling singer-songwriter who agrees to marry a troubled Marine solely for military benefits. Carson also discusses being an executive producer and co-writing and performing the film’s original soundtrack.
